RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


Merchandise must be mailed back within 7 days of the order being placed.

Merchandise must not be altered or washed in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Merchandise must include all the original tags.

All sale, discount and special order items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Pampered Pets reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or is received outside of the 7 day return period. Package must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt.

Return Processing:

Once your package is received, your refund will be processed within 6 business days. You will receive a notification via the email address listed on your account once we have received your package. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from PamperedPets.biz you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your purchase, please email sales at info@PamperedPets.biz  address the subject of your email EXCHANGE: Order #.   We will check on the size/color option for you and reserve your request.  Exchanges cannot be sent out until original merchandise is received.  You will receive an email once your exchange has been sent out.
